Soul Barre

Soul Barre is a full body workout incorporating yoga, resistance training, functional movement, and moderate cardiovascular conditioning. Warm up with an upper body series and circuit or interval training to raise the heart rate, before diving into a ballet barre influenced workout designed to work the lower body muscles to the point of fatigue. Cool down with mat work to target the abdominal muscles and longer held yoga poses to release and stretch the muscles that just worked so hard.
